Nergüi

Born the runt of a large litter, Nergüi wasn't even expected to survive. His mother prayed to the good gods, misdirected the bad ones. With a name like "No Name," she hoped the demons would overlook him. They did, and as he grew it seemed he had been blessed with more than just life. His skin turned striking shades of blue, indicating heaven's approval. It wasn't just ornamental either. He bore the cold and snow much easier than his siblings. The blue skin shielded him from cruel winter weather.

He is very aware of his good fortune to this day. Nergüi takes nothing for granted; it's very hard for him to trust when good things happen to him, but he tries. His optimism or attempts at it can be painful to witness. Still, he's friendly, paradoxically intense and lazy at once, though when things get serious so does he. He wants to do good in the world; he just hasn't figured out how yet.
