The extremely polite and loyal assistant to King Gamble who oversees the casino operations and sees to it that all the visitors are having fun and spending their money. He may look shrimpy, but when he presses the top button on his chest he bulks up and doubles as the casino's huge bouncer.
Even in bouncer mode, he's still incredibly courteous to everyone, even Gamble's greatest enemies who he apologizes to before, during and after kicking them out of the casino.
