Pluanny are typically solidarity Pokemon, preferring to spend a majority of time healing and cheering up hurt or lost Pokemon in it's travels.
When not particularly busy, Roman's hobby is actually painting! Spare time spent finely weaving canvas from Cottonee/Whimsicott fluff and with all different types of berries to make makeshift paints, he uses his hands and even lets others paint with him as a therapeutic activity! Of course he leaves the pictures behind, but it makes him happy just making something for his own happiness.
