Ren Hyuga was born into the main branch of the Hyuga family within the village of Konohagakure. Often thought to be a kunoichi of promise, her family tended to lean her towards additional and more unorthodox training in order to insure her spot within the higher ranks. While originally this was working with the young pupil, the training often giving her additional strength and allowing her to tap into a side of herself that many couldn't find within themselves - the young Hyuga felt the purpose in her life be drained. So many of the girls that she had admired got to choose where they wanted to be in life - dress makers, florists. All she dreamt of being was a knight, a savior of people who could ride in and fix everyone's problems. She didn't want some sort of cozy spot where all she had to do is look pretty and command people from her high and mighty throne --- so she left. She left her belongings and decided to exile herself from her original fate and take on the idea of being her own person for once. Rescuing the unfortunate.
