When she is in her professional state, she is calm, sweet voiced, great listener. She acts very motherly to younger imps/people/fur babies/ect., and is very patient.

But her everyday personality is a boisterous, loud and in your face imp. If she gets overexcited, she will shove whatever it is in your face for you to see. 

Overall, she has a high fuse, so she doesn't let something get under her skin easily, unless he had a bad day.
