backstory (quoted from Sharkybark):
This guy was a minor prince, so his family sent him to apprentice a knight! His job was messenger, and he was very enthusiastic and dutiful. He had an illness he never could shake, but it never delayed him! Once, however, he bravely risked his life to warn the knight and his troops of an incoming invasion, allowing them to save the kingdom and buy the king time. The poor pup exhausted himself, collapsing right after delivering his message, and never got up. His ghost now runs errands and accompanies others on journeys so they won't be alone

Lived in a kingdom near Arabella's, and his ghost constantly "runs" over there to cheer her up, among other ghosts that hang around
