Meep is a mysterious plague doctor that never takes off his mask, When  people try and strike a conversation with him (if they're brave enough)  All he will respond with is a highish pitched "Meep" hense his name.  When he is sad he starts crying blood that leaks out of his mask. He  will get angry if people try and take his hat or mask off and he will  start attacking with either his medical equipment or by kicking and  scratching with his talons.
