Josie is the incredibly kind, though always nervous mayor of Nashi.

A rather jumpy little shapeshifter, people don't always believe that such a small, seemingly innocent girl could be running the mysterious forest town that is Nashi, but think again! Josie is an amazing leader, always keeping her town running smoothly. There's barely any conflict in Nashi, all thanks to her wonderful leadership!

Josie is always doing her best when talking to others and being an active part in her community. She's a social butterfly, being able to win over anyone with just a simple conversation over tea. She's also incredibly thoughtful and kind, always looking out for her people and often giving baked gifts to people who work for her.

Besides being around others, Josie finds a lot of joy in learning. She loves learning of just about any subject she can find a textbook on, and she used to binge watch hours of documentaries just for the fun of it.

A very devout Timeologist, Josie believes in the truth of The Dragon of Time and the principles the dragon teaches about cherishing time. Though perhaps she believes a lot of the text a little too literally... as she runs the local church and teaches some... strange things. Like of the character of Noah being a sort of lord and tool of The Dragon, and of being willing to sacrifice yourself for the church... and talking about eating the flesh of sinners to keep yourself pure... wait, that's not literal, right?

This power is limited; she has to be touching the person she wants to shapeshift, and turning people into large creatures really tuckers her out.
