- The design cannot be sold for more than its original base worth unless there is art added.
- Designs must not be hidden/removed from Toyhouse.
- Designs are for personal use only. Commercial use can be discussed
- All designs can be redesigned or made into a CS.
- All characters obtained for free (Ex : Gift/Raffle) cannot be sold without extra art
