30's Ownership

This is to my art, ocs, designs and adopts  -  Ko-fi Ver

Simplified ver:

• You may not edit the art (via changing colors or lineart) if you want something changed it has to be by your own art or commissioning someone else to draw it
• I will not change the characters design if you redesign it after/during the commission though, should've told me before the commission ´:(
• You cannot reuse, redistribute/reshare/repost, trace over my art, nor feed it to AI/NFTs or Bitcoin
• Please credit me for creating the art if you post it onto a platform. Do not remove my signature or edit it out.
• Please do not colorpick, inspire off of or copy the characters inside my work (unless the owner/creator says you can colorpick or inspire off the character)

Art tos:

• It only ads value to your ocs/characters afterall. And only as much as you commissioned it for (giftart is 0$ no matter what) 
• Recoloring or altering the colors of my art with filters is not allowed, unless you're using the palletes to draw the character yourself!

My work cannot be used for advertising or merchandising in any way! Copyrighted and protected under law

Games, websites, mascots, fursuits, etc. Are allowed for your ocs and IDM!!

Refund policy:

Refunds are before/during me drawing the art. Payment is upfront afterall, I will not refund after the work is finished

~TOS~
-All adopts by me are for personal use only, you may not use any of my ART for commercial use (including using my ART (not oc) for merchandising (physical/online), etc.)
-You may use your new ocs (made by me) for games, roleplays, comics, animations/movies, etc.

-You may not use the character to promote anything hateful, immoral, misinformation, racist, nor political

-You may not claim to be the creator of the original artwork or design
-I must be credited for the design (if I made it) and ALL art I made

-After purchasing, you may decide the character's name, personality, backstory, etc. and move it to any platform you wish. (deleting and reuploading the profile on toyhouse for any reason is a immediate blacklist)

-To redesign my designs, their design cannot be changed too much from the LAST current design. I will/can not dictate alternate forms and alternate designs, they just HAVE to stay with the og design and cannot be resold separately.

-You may NOT make edits, changes, crops, or alterations to MY artwork.

-I retain the rights to use the artwork as examples of my work (not merchandising)

Once you adopt one of my designs, it becomes your oc!
After I receive your payment, you will get the adopt, that's on toyhouse, properly credited/transferred to you. (So please inform me if you have a toyhouse)

\\Trading:

-The design must have atleast 2-3 (non basemade/non character-creator) pieces added to it by you or someone else

-You can only sell for trades or art, I do not appreciate my designs resold for money! (Unless you get permission <3)

\\Redesign:

-Feel free to change gender / outfit however you want <3

-My ocs cannot be added to a (online) species unless they were made for that species in the first place, this does not go for removing from that species, feel free to remove them from (OS/SO/CS)

By getting a design from me you agree to these terms~ Purchasing an adoptable from me automatically means that you agree to these terms aswell~
As per copyright and fair use laws, this agreement is legally binding between art, commissioner, and artist, all rights reserved~

Complaining about the prices at all you will NOT receive what you would have paid for.

If you do not pay upfront in the next 5 days (or unless further notice) I will cancel the transaction/hold and keep the Adopt/Custom/Gatcha roll(s) for myself or reopen them.
