A vaguely canine or vulpine individual working as a scribe, keeping track and check of all records and documents that flow through the crystal marketplace. Small crystal protrusions grow through his entire body, and over time the crystals have encased and occupied his eye sockets. By radiating a faint ribbon-like aura, he is able to hazily determine shapes, textures and tints/shades, but no colors. However, he appears to be able to scour documents just fine.
Baitas is a young adult, constantly hesitant and due to this shyness can become very flustered quite easily. His limited vision typically results in him routinely tripping and scattering his books and papers, but despite all the everyday hardship he appears quite capable at his job. His bookish nature is only further enforced by the fact that the gems in his eyes could be mistaken for glasses.
