Deci Deci

Deci Deci (also goes by DeeDee or Deci) is a creature known as Nyhayo. Unlike other Nyhayo, he wants to interact with humans, which severely endangers his species. He acts before thinking and is a bit arrogant. He is under the impression that the Pokémon Decidueye is just fanart of him, which fuels his live for humanity.
