Chase is a flirty, airheaded, flamboyant guy who isn't afraid to speak his mind. He loves to be in the spotlight and is slow when it comes to noticing when he's being insulted or teased.

He's always aiming to be number one in races, loving the adrenaline rush that he gets. Aside from racing and the idea of one day becoming famous, he loves money, women and cute guys. Enjoys eating his junkfood and having occasional drinks with friends.

He is able to store energy/vitality in his gauntlet-like gloves and shoes. Once he has stored enough energy, he can then shoot out rings of energy towards others. He can also focus his power to shoot out a concentrated beam, powerful enough to break through boulders.

The more he uses his power, the weaker he gets. He's also able to absorb other's energy via touch. Chase can control when and how much energy he wants to take, and store it to use it later.
