Alphys killed his parents in public to make an example of them then when she was going to kill Verde. He attacked her and ran away. He found a rip into the multiverse and ran from AU to AU to hide from those who would hurt him. He however stumbled into Underfell and met Fell.
The pair fell in love and had their son Jager.
