Upon leaving school and needing to find a job and place to live, David realized this goal would be easier said than done. With no luck in his area, and not wanting to settle for something subpar, he called up his grandma and pretty much pleaded to stay at her place until he found something suitable. Little did he know, this would lead to him discovering a strange, powerful stone and artifact in the woods, followed by an entire coven that would really appreciate having it back. After the initial astonishment, David took the paranormal news pretty easily, and kept the stone that came with the artifact. Despite the monsters and witches he now knows are out there, he still takes walks in the woods and casually helps out his grandma her garden. In fact, he discovered from this that he loved gardening! His oddly calm attitude towards all this and habit of not caring about his personal safety aren't the best mix when there's actual monsters after him.
