If you would like to resell or retrade a character designed by carp or SLMON, you have to of owned the design for a month before giving it away!

If you trade them before your cool-down has ended, you will be added to the permanent blacklist and will not be able to obtain designs made by me.
Do not give designs made by me to blacklisted users. If you have been caught trading a design to a blacklisted user, you will be added to the blacklist yourself.

You are not allowed to sell designs for a higher price you got them for unless you have commissioned extra art.

You can do whatever you want with a design after you have obtained them, as long as you aren't using them for hateful purposes. If you use my designs to be racist, homophobic, transphobic, nbphobic, etc. you will be added to my blacklist permanently.
Also, using my designs to take part in cringe culture is not allowed.
Though, if you use the design to vent about these things (ex; you struggle with transphobia, and so you're venting this through art of the character in question), that's completely fine and there'll be no problems here. It's only a problem when you promote any of the things I listed above!

Do not offer for a character if you plan on selling them immediately.
Please don't offer for a character just to let them collect dust. If they are only collecting dust in your toyhouse, please put them up for sale/trade so they at least have a use.
