a mid 20s vigilante. has a... biological manipulation? ability? (name pending) that is mostly used for healing but can be used to manipulate cells in more specific ways. rarely uses this outside of allowing himself an infinite alcohol tolerance, preferring to use gadgets and custom built weapons on the field.

ends up a leader of the vigilante team later into the plot, but doesn't think he has huge stakes in it. he may or may not be wrong about that.
