Why you want the oc: honestly, it matches this dragon prince character I have for an upcoming DnD campaign! I'd love to make her his daughter or sister to help our player characters progress towards finding him!! :D Her and him have matching charms, made out of their first scale they shed as a child! She's using the "detect item" spell to get a vague location of where he could be, as he's run off. She's not the most useful in combat, but she knows a few healing spells if things get too rocky, though by using these lifeline spells it breaks the detection spell breaks for a while!
There'll be a plot twist with who is actually wearing the charm but I don't want to spoil anything incase one of my players finds this comment lol
