Rose
Rose and Julius obviously aren’t Moon’s parents but they jokingly claim to be sometimes bc Moon’s real parents are awful. Moon meets Rose and Julius bc his parents want him to meet other planet representatives and learn the ropes before he becomes one as well. Rose and Julius were the closest reps. to his age (even tho they’re several years older than him). They were supposed to help him learn how to be responsible, but they just became friends and "adopted" him instead. His parents don’t know that they just banter and goof off when the three of them are together, so don’t tell them!

Rose gives advice to Moon on his feelings and helps him get out of his lonely house to have some fun. She's always there to give him hugs when he's sad!
Julius
