   Victoria is a siren born in Aquinous, a very rare thing usually. Not taught magic at birth or even usually what sirens do, instead she ended up getting into a group of friend that liked to go to the mall a lot, one of these friends was Hoshi. As she grew older, she became more and more of a fan of shopping to the point of being labeled a shopaholic, with some people joking that she lives at the mall.
