[SECTION 1]

1. once my adopts are sold I don't really care what you do with them (exceptions below) as I legally do not own them or their copyright anymore. HOWEVER, if I see anything illegal being drawn with them, I will report it. I will demand any mentions of me be removed/ blacklist selling to you again

1A. I retain the right to make adopts with similar features or colors to other ones I've made in the past //best to avoid making species based on the adopts I sold you because of this// however I wouldn't worry about anything looking the same. even my base adopts vary vastly

1B. if you wish to make a species out of the adopt I have sold to you, you have a pay an extra fee for it to claim all rights to it/to the point where I won't make anything similar to it.

1C. marketing a character I have sold to you is legally questionable. I would avoid doing so due to it being a legally gray area in the art world

[SECTION 2]

2. once payment has been made a clean version of the adopt will be sent to you. if you have a toyhouse please provide me your name so I can send them to you!

2A. I can make holds. but I need a specified amount of time. once the agreed-upon time is up the adopt will go back on sale

2B. you may sell your purchased character to whomever you like. I suggest against selling it for a higher price than you bought it unless it has added art or other components that you paid for to build up the characters portfolio //this doesn't apply if I traded the character to you via art or trading another character//
