An informant and veterinarian who runs a secret hospital funded by Nowhere.
With Janus, confidentiality is only worth as much as you're willing to pay, as he is willing to tell (or sell, rather) whatever rumors he may hear to his boss. Though on the surface, he's a well known vet who simply treats animals, his people-patients tend to be of the more dangerous sort and he considers them a far bigger risk than any beast he's ever dealt with. His income is quite healthy to compensate and he has connections all over the criminal underworld. He informs underworld mercenaries of private contracts and sketchy jobs and seems to always have a scheme up his sleeve. Where Janus's true loyalty lies, no one knows.

Rumor has it that many of his medical supplies are stolen or scavenged and he has a side hustle selling body parts and illegal substances.
