• - as a kid, he's a pompous brat and even though he's friends with gilmore, he likes to bother em and takes his things
• - markus also has low immune system, but the main thing is that his skin is sensitive to sunglight
• - now, markus took one of gilmore's self-written book (fanfic) and gilmore dont like that
• - so he pranked markus into thinking nosferatu, the evil vampire who eats bad kids
• - markus dont believe it, because duh monsters not real
• - one sleepover, gilmore pranked him into thinking he got bit by nosferatu (caprisun straws dipped in paint)
• - markus was like WHAT THE FUCK
• - he believes it was gilmore who pranked him, but around this time, his senstive skin was starting to act up
• - so he started ot feel itchy and tired everytime he goes out when it's sunny
• - around this time he starts to think "oh fuck what if its really a curse"
• - because he starts thining like this, he starts to think that garlic eats bad
• - so till he is older, he believes himself to be a rookie vampyre
• - he cant go outside at all or it will tire him and gets him bad rashes
• - markus took up the whole gothic vibe aesthetic too
• - he acts like a sad victorian boy who's like "oh,,, dont come near me,,, i might hurt you,,,"
• - he's like edward cullen but sadder and not as mysterious and dont sparkle
• - also stupid cuz i like my men like that
• - also just because he's a "vampyre" he's afraid of the dark and ghost stories
