Sunstare is full of herself. Due to insecurities and fears, she became obsessed with herself and grew a narcissism to protect said self. This narcissism is so fragile though, and so it is easy to make her doubt herself. Either way she likes to praise herself and thus is ambitious in her goals, wanting nothing but the best and control of her situation.

Despite everything that Sunstare appears to be, she is in fact a coward, fearful of the world and everything around it. That's how she developed her narcissism after all. She hides her fears well though, no one suspects this cat to be fearful until she's at her limit and breaks down. Only few have seen that, seen her panic. Be warn, she may flee from a situation due to her cowardliness.
|Ridicules|
Sunstare doesn't have many friends for a reason. She loves to insult others and analyze them until she hits their vulnerabilities. Her words can be very hurtful and surprise others with how accurate she can be at pointing out their flaws and fears. The main reason she does this is another form of defense. To keep others away as she is afraid of getting hurt.

Personality-wise, Sunstare likes to act like a jester. She is always smiling, even when she's insulting others and loves to say jokes and riddles. She loves to be entertained and often she does that by seeing what kind of expressions she can get others to make. Also due to these traits, Sunstare can seem kind of goofy and unpredictable. She often finds things hilarious that others do not.

Against all odds, Sunstare is surprisingly empathetic. She can relate to others well, and that is another reason why she fears her clanmates. Her empathy allows her to be very convincing when she's not being a jerk. Not only is she smart, she's clever too, being sly and able to sneak around and strike to get what she wants, normally being the cat you want to go to if you want a problem solved or some advice. However, be careful for she is manipulative and always tries to benefit from a situation. She can have a silver-tongue.

In the end Sunstare is merely misunderstood. She tends to do good deeds in secret and in the end all she wants is someone to love, being afraid to face this world. But instead she punishes herself by pushing others away and keeping her distance. She tries to find things funny to distract herself from the empty feeling within her. She has a hard time letting go.

It's no secret that she has a screw or two loose. Sometimes her actions and words are very odd, nerving those around her. You could also say she is obsessed with her safety to the point that she will do whatever it takes to be secured in her mind.
|History|
|Before Birth|
Before her birth, Sunstare was the result of Badgertail and Silkfur. They were two young cats that fell in love, was it true love? No one knows for it wasn't long before they got carried away and Silkfur got pregnant. Yet before the kits were born, Badgertail died from a fight with a fox. Silkfur became depressed, but she kept her hopes up, determined for their offspring to succeed.
|Kithood|
Sunstare was born alongside her brother, Birdeye. Their mother was reserved and didn't provide them much love or raised them very well. However, Birdeye gave Sunstare all the love she needed. The two were inseparable. Sunstare was a timid kit, too young to learn how to hide her cowardliness. She was scared, paranoid. When it was time for her to start playing outside she did not want to go out. It took several weeks to convince her to leave and it was thanks to her brother who had coaxed her out. Birdeye was popular with the other kits, however, Sunstare was too shy and was isolated. This was the time her sanity slowly drained from the solitude as her brother had to make time between her and his friends.
|Apprenticeship|
Sunstare and Birdeye had become apprentices. Several weeks after they did, their mother passed away, most say it was from a broken heart. Birdeye proved to be a wonderful and talented apprentice. He was loved dearly by all while Sunstare spent more and more time alone as her brother became busier. Sunstare's intelligence began to grow as she spent her alone time thinking of puzzles or analyzing stuff. There was a time when some wondered if she wasn't warrior material because for the first two moons she refused to leave the camp, terrified of the outside world. She did not want to leave her sanctuary. Eventually like before, her brother coaxed her into leaving. However she would only leave each time with her brother for most of her apprenticeship. It was near the end that her brother once again pushed her, this time to be braver. She did it for him, her motivation being able to see her brother be proud of her. It took her a lot of effort but she became a warrior.
|Adulthood|
After becoming warriors, Sunstare and Birdeye lived their lives like nothing else had happen. Sunstare had now developed her own fighting techniques. Due to being a small lengthy cat, she now relies on evasion, precision, and intelligence to defeat her foes. Anyways, life was good, then it all fell apart. Only a couple of moons after they became warriors, Birdeye fell ill and passed away. Sunstare became wrapped in grief and this is when her sanity decreased. The one cat she ever loved was gone. What was her purpose now? She has now started interacting with more individuals, but now she was nasty as she put on her fake jester/rude persona. Still, she now spends most of her time in the shadows, grieving and trying to neglect her duties. She is falling apart and desperately needs a friend before its too late for her, before she becomes ambitious with her quest for security. She is not a good or bad cat, but she is capable of causing damage if no one is able to help her. She's simply not strong enough to save herself while being alone.
