CrowsBlade Global Rules
WHEN YOU PURCHASE A DESIGN EITHER FROM CROWSBLADE OR ONE THAT IS OFFICIALLY PURCHASED FROM THEM (in the form of an adopt or received in a gift, resell or trade), YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE AS STATED BELOW. IF AN OWNER OF A ANY OF MY DESIGNS IS SUSPECTED OF BREAKING THE TERMS, IT CAN RESULT IN VOIDING FROM ALL ART COMMISSIONS, AND A BAN FROM ALL SPECIES AND FROM PURCHASING DESIGNS FROM CROWSBLADE AND CROWSTRADES
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE BY THE TERMS LISTED BELOW, DO NOT BUY A CHARACTER FROM ME. IF YOU BUY FROM CROWSBLADE, CROWSTRADES OR THROUGH ANY OTHER MEANS COME INTO OWNERSHIP OF AN OFFICIAL DESIGN, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

Communication: Clear communication is important to the seller. Please provide a general timeframe for any delays. I will be patient and understanding, however, If I'm not contacted I'll presume I'm being ghosted*. I reserve the right to cancel or withdraw a character at any time for any reason, and any payments made will be refunded. Under certain situations a refund can be debated. Criminal actions will not be liable for a refund (i.e. scamming, failure to pay, etc.)
Ghosting: Please contact CrowsTrades if you change your mind or need more time. If I'm not contacted within a reasonable timeframe, it will be presumed that you have lost interest. In the event of a cancellation with no contact, the seller is not responsible for compensating the buyer for any losses incurred.
Trade Terms: The resale of characters is allowed, but only if the new owner is genuinely interested in the character and intends to keep them for their collection. The resale price should not exceed the original price plus any additional funds added. The buyer must be transparent in disclosing how they obtained the character design, whether it was through a direct purchase, trade, or gifting. New ownership of designs connected to the Kaomia Universe (Closed species) must be told to CrowsBlade
3-way trades: 3-way trades are allowed contact CrowsTrades before hand. Payments must be made through PayPal, either upfront or on a 50/50 payment plan for characters above the $50 mark. Trading multiple of my designs within a few days of receiving them will lead to a block.
Holds: Holds are allowed, but the buyer must provide a timeframe. If the buyer goes past the hold time without communication, I will check-in. If no response is received within 2 weeks past the due date, the character will be put back up for sale.
Commercial rights + Art: Art produced by CrowsBlade is for personal use only. If you plan to use the seller's designs or art for commercial purposes, please contact my main account CrowsBlade . Credit and acknowledgement of the original designers must be provided in an easily accessible location (for example the toyhouse creator credits) if the character or design is used on any form of media, such as social media, art, or fan fiction.
Art Edits: Please understand that any edits made to the seller's art must be discussed with them first. Editing their images or art without their permission is not acceptable. Once you've purchased a design you are free to change it as you please.
Hate Speech: I do not tolerate hate speech or discrimination of any kind. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone promoting such behaviour. Interacting withme if you are a racist or engage in hate speech will lead to a block and report.
The buyer understands and agrees to take full responsibility for the character and any risks associated with owning and using it, including but not limited to legal, financial, or personal liability. The seller is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from the buyer's use or ownership of the character.
You're free to use your characters off Toyhouse, however, you are taking that responsibility with you, and I'd really appreciate you reporting anything suspicious off-site, as Toyhouse is my main site.
