Profile
Tallie is a young witch with relatively weak magical capabilities. Her mood is almost always cheery and overly energetic. She acts rather spontaneously with little to no filter at times. She always searches for attention, and will sometimes go to ridiculous lengths to obtain it. Although she's much more witty than she appears, her childish behavior gets very annoying after a while, and is a major turn off for some. She loves to pester Eve, sometimes just to get a reaction out of her. Despite how much she teases, Tallie grows attached to those who tolerate her very quickly. She is also incredibly stubborn and idealistic, and will refuse to give up her cause if she thinks she's in the right.
