Spirited and upbeat, Rozalia is the younger of the two Rose sisters. While she may have business + social smarts, Rozalia is lost when it comes to hard math and logical thinking - instead she prefers being personally involved in all her projects, even if it means getting a little dirt under her nails.
Loves to hold parties and charity events - unbeknownst to Rozalia, these events rarely benefit the people she plans them for
CEO of SAVES (Sustainable Agriculture and Viable Energy Services) alongside her sister, Primrose. Rozalia handles the Agriculture faction of the business - SAVES is currently providing New Mecca with 87% of all produce, and is also directing research into making bigger, better crops with less land.
SAVES is a subsidiary of SnowTECH and is situated in the Rose Pavilions.
