Noah

Noah has an overall silent and closed off type of aura. He openly expresses his disgust and displeasure, but finds it hard to express when he's happy. He can be easily misunderstood, and people tend to avoid talking to him since he hardly takes up any expressive conversation. Noah is never the first person to speak as he is reluctant in forming any sort of relationships with others for fear of losing more loved ones.

Although Noah has a steely outer personality, he is somewhat soft on the inside even though he tries to hide it. He handles small things with great care, such as small animals or children. Even though Noah avoids children the most due to their high energy and volume, he will still take care of them if necessary and treats them with kindness. Noah's soft side usually only comes out when he's alone or with Sage, his most loved one.

Noah also shows his weak side, though very rarely. He gets easily flustered by Sage and tends to show a somewhat tsundere/child-like innocence, depending on the situation.

Noah frequently has lucid dreams whenever he falls asleep. He grants both good and bad wishes depending on his mood that day. If he has a good dream, he'll grant more good wishes. Even though Noah has lucid dreams, that still doesn't stop the fact that he can get bad dreams and nightmares as well. In those dreams, he knows he's dreaming but can't do anything and is powerless to whatever happens. He can only wait and watch, while feeling seemingly shackled to the floor unable to move. More times than he can count, he would wake up covered in sweat with tears rolling down his face. Sometimes he'd forget what he was dreaming about, but that still wouldn't stop the wretched feeling. Whenever Noah wakes up in the middle of the night after a nightmare, he can't fall back asleep and instead heads outside for a stroll. He enjoys the feeling of the breeze on his face accompanied with the serene silence of the night.

General idea: Noah looked into the future and saw something terrible about to happen (most likely to close ones/family). He tries to change the future for the better, but instead made it take a turn for the worst. He ended up changing their fate and indirectly caused them to get severely injured/perhaps even pass away. He was scarred and tormented by his actions, forever holding onto the trauma from that day. Time passed and it's been years since the accident, but Noah still wears a mask of emotion to hide his underlying pain. He berates and curses at himself whenever he feels joy, since he feels that joy could have belonged with the people he no longer has. Instead of seeking for his own happiness, he tries to grant wishes to bring happiness to others; only through this does he feel as if he's atoning for his previous sins.

Deep inside he believes he doesn't deserve happiness for himself, and longs for the day when he'll be free from this prison. But he knows that day will never come.. (unless..?)
