- Due to extremely rapid calcium production that can be activated or made dormant at will, Noel is able to construct projections made of solid, fully-formed bone that relatively painlessly emerge from his skin. They can be removed and used as nearly indestructible weapons. Including but not limited to:
- Small, needle-like projectiles that can be thrown manually or launched from the skin
- Broad, plate-like "wings" from his back that, while are extremely heavy, can be used as a shield or a bludgeoning weapon
- Long, spear-like bones that can be broken off and used as razor-sharp hand-held spears or swords.
- The creation of these bones does not take away from his existing skeletal system.
- The holes required for the bones to emerge bleed slightly and heal quickly but remain open wounds for several days.
- PLEASE HAVE AT LEAST FIVE MEDICAL STAFF MEMBERS TRAINED FOR COMBAT AT ALL TIMES ACTIVELY ENLISTED IN THIS PROJECT AT ALL TIMES.

- Noel was raised by his mother and father in their home filled with younger siblings.
- After graduating summa cum laude from Unova Institution of Heroics, Noel took it upon himself to establish and lead the Black Snow Project.
