Jati

Her brother. They are both extremely close. Tahno gets his ego from Jati feeding him praise since they were young. HE's the older sibling who always wanted to provide and protect his sister, so she wasn't allowed to pro bend, even if she wanted too (she didn't but listened to her brother all the same). Tahno after losing his bending depended on his sister heavily for income because he no longer could pro bend.

Bolin was a huge crush of hers for a long time. She admired him from a distance and grew jealous of the avatar when she was seen out with him. She evenutally got over her crush on Bolin after he got famous and got engaged.

At first Jati was jealous of Korra. She was the avatar and romantically seeing Bolin for a short time. But getting to know the avatar chaned her thoughts. She stood by korra when things got crazy in republic city and knew that Korra was trying her best, giving her another girl friend other then Asami. Something Korra really needed. Jati was the happy medium between korra and Asami, a preppy tomboy.

Asami and her had been close, having gone to schooling together. While She had first assumed that Asami was a daddy's girl, she quickly found out that it was the wrong assumation. Asami was strong and empowering. Jati learned to love her bending through Asami, as Jati wished she could be cool and calm like her brother- a skilled waterbender.
