Otter

Otter is a young adult fisherman SeaWing. He spends a lot of time out on the open ocean, watching the stars and wishing he were back home. He was raised by his awful older brother who hated tattoos, and as a result has dedicated himself to covering himself in tattoos. His cherry branch tattoo represents his home island (known for cherry exports) and he gets a new butterfly tattooed on him for every year he's been with his boyfriend Azure.
