Cirrus ⚗️

A small grumpy drake that lives up in the mountains. He helps keeps the air clean by collecting smog and pollution in clouds and then transforming it into a nasty liquid that he stores in his glass bottle collection. He's no bigger than a miniature pony and kinda chunky it's a tender spot to mention for a dragon he's tiny.
