Faylinn is the town representative of Fairylight. She looks like she stepped straight out of a fairy tale, and it doesn't help that her island has a fairycore aesthetic itself. She's dreamy, very down to earth and rather grounded, having a strong connection with who she is. She's hardworking and patient when it comes to her goals, even though they take time, especially when it comes to her love of flower breeding and making dreams come true.

RELATIONSHIPS

Anthea: Anthy- though she may give fewer nicknames, it seems to be Faylinn's special nickname for Anthea. While Anthea's personality is that of a jock and Faylinn is a sweetheart, they get along like an house on fire.  They share a very similar aesthetic in terms of what appeals to them and both have an appreciation for the cuter side of life. They also have the same love of flowers, it's like they were destined to be friends!

Lysithea: They get along quite swimmingly, and became quick friends. Lysithea enjoys having some normality on Faylinn's island, used to how chaotic Anthea's can be. Whenever Lysithea visits, Faylinn enjoys having tea with her in the mermaid section of her beaches.

Celeste: She is a frequent visitor of Fairylight; she seems to love watching the stars in the enchanted woodland and spending time with the island rep! The two often sit on the crescent moon chair surrounded by a gentle glow, watching the stars. Celeste admits that she would love to have her own observatory one day, and Faylinn wants to help make her dream come true.

Leif: Faylinn is always happy to see Leif when he's visiting her island, always seeming to go to him to gather more flower seeds and shrubs for her island.

Flick: Faylinn loves to attend the Bug Off, mainly catching butterflies of all kinds. She commissions him for butterfly models, loving them for their fairy-like aeshetic and adding them to her forests.

STORY

Faylinn reached out to Tom Nook. It wasn’t long before she packed up all her most precious belongings to catch a flight. 

Upon arrival to the island, Faylinn realized this wasn’t exactly the fairytale dream she had expected. Fortunately, all adverse feeling disappeared when Tom Nook requested that the group find locations for their tents and search for branches and fruit for a campfire. When everybody settled down somewhere near the fire, they were all entrusted with thinking about a name for the island. However, they were split between "Rosewish" and "Fairylight".

Try as they might to pick a name for their new home, the group was equally parted between the two. Understanding the pickle they were in, Tom Nook had an idea. He saw how enormous the island was, so how about one half be Rosewish and the other Fairylight? After some thought, they all consent to this. Faylinn is honoured when she is named the Representative of Fairylight.

Despite everything, Faylinn was determined to turn this deserted island into something magical. In time, it truly became the fairytale island of her dreams, and she poured so much love and work into it. Realizing that she was able to make her own dreams come true, she decides that she wants to help her friends achieve their dreams, too.

This extends to Happy Home Paradise, where Faylinn helps to make the vacation homes of their dreams.
