When Bud was made, He had white and black classic Panda markings to him. He was a robot that could be posed in any form, Sometimes they would sit him down, Sometimes stand up and wave, Almost like a movable statue. He was a short robot, Only about the size of a five-year-old child. He was made to "Spit out" coupons, When the show would end, His eyes would light up meaning the coupon was ready for some kid or adult to grab it from his mouth, Giving a small discount on food or drinks, It varied.
Bud is possessed by a very sheltered child, he never learned to properly act around others during his life and was quite shy. He tried learning how to act by watching the other children enjoying themselves, moving his arms around, roughhousing him, and pulling his fur, and a lot of the times spinning his head around until it cracked. Bud thinks this is normal behavior and how to act. Due to this, it would be very unfortunate to find Bud in your office.
Despite all of this, Bud truly is innocent, he doesn't know what he's doing is wrong.
When the second restaurant closed because of the murders, Bud was set back with the rest of the gang, His head was weak, Being how little kids would try to twist it all the way around, And would slightly lean to the side depending on how he laid. He was sat in a corner slumped in the back room, The roof above him was weak, and had an awful leak to it. Every time it would rain would drip on his head, And if the storm was bad, Create a small puddle below him. The weathering, age, and mold Rotted his color away to its original form And went from a panda black and white to a brownish-yellow.
When the new restaurant opened they never made a "Toy Bud" Seeing how they already had a statue to promote sales, Why make another?

Bud has lights in his eyes, they still work even through the damage. He was never given a blinking animation due to only being a statue. His eye lightbulbs are colors from Red to Green. When his eyes are red, the coupon isn't ready to grab, when they are green, the coupon is ready. I hope you like your .20 cent off the overpriced pizza.
