Bae is the lead stallion of his small, but growing herd. He is a very serious stallion who would do anything for them.

As lead stallion he puts up with a lot of nonsense from his herd members. He’s usually the one cleaning up their messes or trying to prevent problems in the first place. Though this is simply because he wants to take care of them and make sure they have wonderful lives.

History

Baelfire started a small herd with Lilac, his lovely mate. He doesn’t really speak of life before her as he simply sees it as unimportant. They have many adventures together and with their little herd. Together, they have two twin boys, Ori and Mavuto. Bae usually finds himself keeping the twins out of trouble constantly, like he had to do with Lilac when they had first met. His powers of clairvoyance have been growing stronger, allowing him greater ablitiy to focus on the visions that come to him, instead of them being so random. He is content to wander the regions with his herd and will soon discover his regional form.

Appearance

His base color is a light palomino with intricate black chimera markings. He also has white lacing across his topline and neon blue streaks of moonlight across his flank. His eyes are the same neon blue as his moonlight markings. His head is adorned with two Quirlicorn horns. His mane and tail are an even paler cream than his coat. His legs and belly have some minimal white splash markings. He has recently unlocked his regional form. With this form, a pair of large feathered wings erupt from his back. They are the same golden hue as his flank, with patchy chimera markings and blue streaks of moonlight adorning them. They do not always show, but he quite like them, so they are typically visible.

Trivia

• Lilac is typically the only one that actually calls him Bae
• He is far too used to getting other Quirlies out of trouble
• Despite his stern demeanor, he actually has quite a lot of patience
• He won’t admit it, but he can’t wait to see how his foals’ magic will develop
• His small familiar is a blue bird of paradise he lovingly calls Blue
• He has a large familiar name Naga who is a Dream Eater and was attracted to his psychic abilities.

Relationships

Lilac Frost

His love and soulmate. Even though he’s had to bail her out of many troublesome situations, he loves her with all his heart and wouldn’t change her for the world.

They get along very well. Ori especially shadows him and wants to be just like him.

Their relationship is a bit more strained as Mavuto tends to be more carefree. Bae just wishes he’d be more serious sometimes
