The keeper of the Library of Shores, a spider-like demon. That is Achelos Rachnade's existence. Feel free to call him Chel. It annoys him.

Originally, Chel was a pirate, but with the Rampage of the Ocean Guardian blocking off the oceans, he took up reading, before actively deciding to live in a library. Many people visit the library without ever actually seeing Chel, but they'll more often than not notice his hands, floating around and putting books away in their proper places.

Although Chel only seems to have five extra hands, the truth is he has six. His right hand was cut off during his last expedition as a pirate, and now he uses the sixth as a replacement.
