Cascade Falls

Upon contact with water, Cascade's legs change into a tail. His ears are normal when in human form, but they can change as well. He wears a scarf to hide the gills on his neck. For conveniency, Cascade claims to be a vegan since he feels slightly awkward eating fish and other seafood. He has the ability to attract people with his beautiful voice, and usually tends to avoid water. But he likes a good soak in the hot spring any day, just like seaweed salad and tofu.
