Cartigo is overworked quite often he's underweight struggling to find the time to eat or sleep making him caffeine addicted. his priority is efficiency and the safety of others, he originally joined rocket for the money maybe just a temp thing and the ability to pursue in his field but now he never feels like he could leave, he is a giant rocket apologist from his experiences with dealing with them medically. As a doctor Cartigo takes his failures in his field quite personally and expects his staff to do their best as well he values the lives saved, he tries his best to be civil but he is capable of being angry. Often being very stressed Cartigo has a weekly screaming session on sunday on top of hq. he struggles to socialize with most people
Cartigo currently has 3 pokemon, his main being a level 56 Quagsire it knows earthquake, surf, protect and aqua tail, it is a female quagsire named Missy with the ability damp, she is used as his personal muscle and he allows her to move the furniture in the apartment to her taste (it actually looks pretty alright) he cares about his quagsire alot its his only protection as he has little strength in his current state.
Cartigo has the hobby of canning he can sing, play piano, and can also cook rather well. He has a passion for water type pokemon and strives to one day own more. He runs a little cooking youtube channel in his freetime and is often seen off by himself.
