Personality: Despite her resting bitch face, Viola is actually very caring and compassionate, but not very approachable. She's kind of motherly once you get to know her, and very blunt. Sometimes her filter breaks. She's also sort of got the alcoholic aunt energy.

Past: Viola was once human, hundreds of years ago. She was quite sick, and wasn't expected to live to adulthood. She also never really believed in the prejudice against vampires, which helped to a secret friendship between a vampire boy named Erin and herself.
One night she was roused from her sleep by rustling sounds in her room. She sat up, and met eyes with red ones. A vampire!
He looked like he was ready to either fight or run, so she quickly, she sized her chance, and asked if she could go with him.
One night, Viola collapsed outside in the forest they were exploring together. They couldn't walk around town during the daytime together without Erin getting ran out, so during the day whenever they met up, they'd leave the village.
On that night, she was turned into a vampire. Eli couldn't of taken her into town to a doctor without putting himself at risk, or Viola dying first, so he slit his finger and stuck it into her mouth. The change was painful, but she survived. That's the only day she still remembers from that time in her life.
