If there's no TH page, you must let me know of an owner change. I want to at least keep track of my designs.

If the design is being resold (for real currency), do not resell at prices higher than the original price unless there was commissioned art. If you need to resell a design of mine that you've received during a trade, contact me and we can discuss permissions.

Link back to my username on any of my socials if you draw my design for the first time. Something like "Original design by Krou_x/Kr-o on TH/dA". Likewise, if you use the original image, also link back to me.

(Applicable if current owner is Krou_x, otherwise it's subject to the owner's holding rules) You can request for holds, but know that I'm only willing to do holds up to 1 week or less. Depending on the situation, I will not accept any holds.

You can request the original art file if the previous owner has not provided it to you.

These are some additional guidelines for my adoptables:

You may use designs commercially as long as I'm credited as the designer.

Designs can be altered to your liking after purchasing. Just don't alter the original art.

Designs can be regifted, resold, and traded. As stated above, if the transfer doesn't happen on TH, do let me know.

You have permission to convert adoptables to fandom ocs and vice versa. You also have permission to insert them in a CS.
