- QUIRK: can exhale a flammable and hallucinogenic gas, instead of carbon dioxide. as she learns to handle her quirk, she learns to excrete this gas from her pores, giving her the ability to set herself on fire, or fill a room with her gas.

- because of her gas, it's required for her to wear a gas mask at all times. her dorm room (which she insisted to have) is fortified in order to let her take off her mask in private.

- very reserved and to herself; she is not well known among her peers personally

   + once you get to know her, oto is very aggressive and angry. she acts mostly on spite.

- her family was a poor family and she does not like thinking/talking about them. she used to live with her dad and uncle until she moved into the dorms.

- used to date Biwasa, a 1-a kid who's entire body/head is made of a biwa.
