She's just a hyper girl. Chaos is her calling. Loves to have fun at all times and at all costs. From childhood to adulthood, Ceandra could always be counted on to deliver a consistent level of crazy. If you invite her to a party you may end up with regrets but it certainly will not be boring.

At some point in her early adulthood, Ceandra joined the ranks of the Rampaging Rioters, a gang of miscreants whose primary purpose is to crash every party they possibly can and cause general mischief.

Later on, she parted ways with the Rioters, leaving a wiser viscet but no less crazy. She seeks to forge her own path in life and was never satisfied with being a follower.
