Rini is a notorious romantic. She has a tendency to daydream about falling in love, but remains a good ninja in spite of this (or because of it...?). She has a big heart, though she has a bit of a mean streak you'll notice if you get to know her, despite trying to reign it in. Her sense of humor is teasing and enjoyable, but she has trouble reading the room.

Kiyose Akane

Rini had a crush on Akane for a while when they were younger, until he she became disillusioned by how often he'd throw his glass eye at her. They're still best friends, and their bond has only strengthened after being put on the same team.
"If you wanna share your stir-fry with Shako, that's cool, but I thought I'd just give you a reminder that I know all your secrets."

Kunikama Shako

Rini and Shako are constantly at each other's throats. They are still able to function as a team, but insults and punches are common. No one's really sure if they're completely serious or not, but they've kept at it, so people assume it's fun for them.

Kioke Makoto

Rini respects Makoto greatly. She hopes to be able to stand on equal footing with her one day. She also enjoys spending time with her teacher, and they have a sibling-like dynamic.

Kurosawa Abeque

Rini loves her ma with all her heart! She grew up eating her moms' pastries, and the first thing she does as soon as she gets home from a mission is go see her at their bakery. She often comes to Abeque with questions about science, as she understands much more than her son.
"So... if the wind is blowing away from me, I still have to take it into account when I throw the kunai?"

Kurosawa Hane

Rini loves her mom just as much as her ma! She likes working with her on developing new recipes, but they both know it's best to keep her away from the actual baking part... She talks to her about boys from time to time, and is thankful for the advice she receives.
"I think it'd be cool if you put pineapple in your batter, so I brought you one from Wave Country."
