Star is an elegant Black Star Sapphire under White Diamond's Court that emerged during Era 1. She is at the current moment a member of White Diamond's Upper Council which has allowed her to build her own private facility known as "The Prism" to live and work in, this facility also houses her assistants and other gems who work under her for whatever reason that may be. Moonie (Star's girlfriend) also has moved into the facility to live with Star permenantly. Star is often referred to as cold hearted and rather bitchy due to her overall attitude towards others which is generally seen as unpleasant. However some gems have been able to find the good in this Sapphire and for that she will be forever grateful to them.

- Star got a gem shattered for disrespecting her and disobeying direct orders, despite the consequences that came with doing so.

Personality
Star has a personality that may make her seem unlikeable to most others. She often comes off as cold and conceited towards other gems, even those of her own rank. She does have respect towards those higher in rank then herself but that by no means, means that she will willingly interact with them. She often keeps to herself, not being too much of a fan of social events and gatherings and can at times get a little bit anxious when she is in large crowds due to past experiences. Star is not one to show her emotions, usually keeping a straight face even in tougher situations, this can often at times make her hard to ready but it does not mean she never shows emotion and she has been seen showing several different emotions throughout her time she has been alive.
- Despite her general personality she is capable of warming up to others and genuinely enjoying their company, even if she still gives off that mysterious and cold vibe. Around those she is closer to she is more likely to show her emotions to them but this is still very rarely, coming off as an emotionless cold-hearted bitch is just who she is and that is likely to never change. Star is a very loyal gem to her Diamond, she has never broken any rules or questioned her Diamond's word. This loyalty also is shown towards those she considers friends as well as her lover, Moonie.
- When is comes to her s/o, Moonie, Star is the most emotionally expressive around her, even showing a once in a blue moon genuine smile. Her relationship with Moonie shows that Star is capable of having a laugh, despite popular beliefs about her. Star shows a more protective side when it comes to Moonie, she would genuinely do anything for this other Sapphire who she had somehow come to love.
Star is not a gem to take being walked all over, she will not hesitate to bite back with either words, smackin' a bisnitch or in worse case scenarios, shatter them. She is the type to say things how it is and will not sugar coat anything, even if it ended up hurting someone's feelings. This has at times caused conflicts between Star and Moonie.

Star is a Black Star Sapphire, resulting in her main colour scheme being Black and Gold. She is always seen wearing long floor length dresses that are elegant and quite beautiful due to the golden accents having a sparkling effect. Fit with long gloves that go up past her elbows and a golen choker with a white diamond place in the middle of it to complete her outfit. She often also wears a pair of black flats, although her feet are almost always covered by her dress. She has mid-length black hair that falls just below her shoulders and is almost completey straight but still holds alot of volume. Her hair, like many other sapphires, falls over her eye and sits just above her upper lip. Star does not like having her eye uncovered and only does so reluctantly or if it's necessary due to being too dark to see properly. Her overall appearance gives off an elegant and well groomed appeal to her which she shows off with pride in herself.

"Moonie" - Girlfriend
Character Belongs To: TheWillowWays
Star and Moonie are a couple that really do show that opposites attract. Moonie is the exact opposite to Star in almost everyway. The two first met by bumping into eachother at one of the many Warp pads located on Homeworld, Moonie decided she liked this mysterious Sapphire and decided to continue to stay around her despite Star's unpleasant attitude. At first Star often described Moonie to others as "annoying" or "some clingy sapphire who won't leave me alone.", genuinely feelings this way about the more bubbly Sapphire from Day 1. However over time Star grew to appreciate Moonie's company, finding that she actually quite enjoyed having her around almost all of the time and was given a sense of feeling appreciated and wanted by another that she had been previously lacking. Their relationship took time to build into what it currently is, Star at first refused to consider them an offcial couple due to not really knowing what love truly was and how to love another. There have been many hurdles and arguments but the two have always worked out their problems together, making their bond incredibly strong.

"The Polypheme Horror" - Protector

The Polypheme Horror, a gem experiment gone incredibly wrong, causing a happy go-lucky artist to turn into a monstrous beast of incredible strength and size. He was known as White Diamond's "Hunter", hunting down, stalking and shattering gems who he was ordered to.
- The two first met on one of the many missions Star had been sent on, given warning by White Diamond herself to be cautious of the "Hunter" that she was also sending along on this particular mission. Despite the fear in Star's fellow team members, she reassured them to lower their weapons and give trust to the beast-like creature saying that if he wanted to shatter them he would of done it by now. She was also able to identify the apparent fear the beast had when he had guns pointed in his direction. This act of trust from Star gained an incredible ally for the Sapphire, PH deciding to devote his life to protecting her from harm. This was approved by White Diamond who despite being disappointed by a failed mission, was impressed by Star's ability to gain PH's full loyalty and trust, something she herself could not gain.
"Chromela" - Friend
Character Belongs To: Valinee
Chromela is a beautiful Calcite gem and fellow council member under White Diamond along with Star. Star at first was not keen on the other gem's company, initially only using her for information to better her own safety as a new council member. However her mind was changed when Chromela helped save her life from enemies during a (probably very illegal and they probably shouldn't of been there) night at a casino located outside of Homeworld's space and in enemy territory.
- The two may not be very close but Star does consider her a friend and ally.
Black Pearl - Servant

Black Pearl is a replacement Pearl for Star's original Pearl who was unfortunately shattered. The two are not close by any means, Star shows little respect or regard for the servant gem. The Pearl is still newly working under Star and has yet to achieve a form of respect from her owner.

Star emerged as just any other Sapphire, a Sapphire who absolutely hated others and showed little to no respect to others. Her first encounter with another gem was with an Aquamarine who had offered to show the newly emerged Sapphire around Homeworld and give her any assistance she needed to get her on her way to life on the broken Gem Planet. Star only barely tolerated the Aquamarine and the two did not get along very well. Before leaving the kindergarten Star had even gotten a smaller lower ranked gem thrown off of the Kindergarten cliff for the soul reason that the little gem had decided to put scrap metal and other bits of junk inside of Star's kindergarten hole.
That was the very beginning of her life on Homeworld.
After retriving her first Pearl and a White Quartz to guard her the Sapphire was set to begin her life and what an eventful one it would become.
Due to being a Sapphire in White's Court, she was personally asked by White Diamond to accompany a group of various gems on a mission with one major goal. To report back to her Diamond what had happened and to convince her team to steal an ancient artifact from the alien planet to which she was successful in doing with the help of a Painite who had been assigned by White Diamond to assist Star if needed. Little did the Sapphire know that this was the beginning of her journey to climb the ranks to eventually become an offcial council member under White Diamond. This did not come easy though, the Sapphire had to participate in dangerous missions that risked her life each time. The final test of the Sapphire's ability was shown through her ability to gain trust and loyalty from the Polypheme Horror, a beast that was known across homeworld for shattering aristocrats like Star and had infact been stalking her from the shadows before their first offcial encounter on a mission. The proved to White Diamond that Star was more then just a regular Sapphire, she was capable of taming the previously untamable, thus being invited by White Diamond to work alongside her already existing council members.All of these experiences made Star's life more interesting and give her a sense of excitement that she had not expected when first emerging, she does not regret her actions even if they have caused issues at times between Moonie and Herself due to her life being in constant danger and going on dangerous missions.
Moonie. The love of Star's life, the one thing that keeps the Sapphire going through hard times by knowing she will be able to see that cheerful smile on Moonie's face once again. The two met and became involved long before Star had become a Council Member. Their relationship was not easy for either of them and Star infact did not even like Moonie in the slightest when the two had first met. When they did become more involved Star had even refused to consider the two an offcial couple due to not knowing what love really is or how to love someone else, feeling it would not be fair to Moonie but that wasn't the only reason, there was also the underlying thought that Star may one day never come back from one of her assigments and that thought ate at her from the inside for the longest time. When the two did finally decide to consider eachother their girlfriend offcially, days quickly became more brighter for Star. Even with her life at constant danger due to being a council member, she was always given a sense of genuine happiness whenever she was around Moonie and it will be something she cherishes for the rest of her existence, however long that may be. Moonie taught Star to love, to be kinder, she taught Star how to feel genuine happiness. If it were not for Moonie, Star would very likely be that same grumpy and unlikable Sapphire that she was when she first emerged, perhaps even worse due to her experiences on the council. Instead, Star has been that bit more likeable to others, so long as she lets them in.
Summary
Star emerged on Homeworld as any regular Sapphire, she was grumpy, bitchy and just in general a very unlikable gem. One Sapphire changed all of that, Moonie. She was bright and bubbly, she was annoying and clingy but Star still grew to eventually love her and without Moonie she wouldn't be who she is today. Through many experiences and missions Star was chosen by White Diamond to join her Upper Council, achieving this by gaining loyalty and trust from the unexpected, Polypheme Horror. A beast-like gem that even White Diamond herself could not gain full loyalty for but yet somehow Star was able to achieve that, thus gaining a powerful ally and protector.
