So, what's on her phone? These are just some idea that came to mind- nothing very extreme. Going left to right, top to bottom, the icons on her screen. I imagine magic would be terribly heavy for the phone battery, and sadly, that is one thing the magic doesn't refill.

Spellbook. Pretty self-explanatory. Also contains an ingredient shopping list.

Glyph paper- where a drawn glyph or sigil would be in effect for as long as the app is active. An example would be a protective glyph when walking home after dark.

Music. Used the regular way. Some tunes may slightly affect immediate surroundings.

Local public transport ticket and schedule app.

Clock. Time, date, alarm, stopwatch, timer, subtle deadline extension.

Light. Activate phone flashlight. Give clarity of whatever that person making absolutely no sense means.

Frog. If someone swears extensively when on the phone with her, the swearwords turn to frog noises. In extreme cases, frogs may actually start leaping out of their mouth.

Anonymity. When the app is active, the people she meets will not recognize her, despite not altering her looks any way.

ZZZ. "Lullaby", particularly effective on crying babies. Also wears agitated people out, very effective in calming arguments down.

Silence. When ytou need to get rid of that background noise.

Anti-Bad Hair Day. Frontal camera works like a mirror to ensure good results.

Exact Change. While account balances do not change, with this she will always have a suitable cash sum at hand to get a snack out of a vending machine, or to tip the server.

Phone charm has a crystal and an acrylic charm of her favorite character. Stylus has one large crystal and two small, embedded ones. Her necklace is similar to the circular crystal charm, and she wears mismatched earrings.
