Polite, Proper, and Established. Chiots that come across Laffy commonly describe them as someone who seems fit for royalty. They exude a certain aura-- they'll walk with poise, welcome one in, or even hold a door open for chiots bigger than her. She is always seen smiling.
On the surface, Laffy is some form of a 'gentleman' with a large, unsatiable intrigue. Not many know about the intricacies of their history, but somehow Laffy manages to know many things about the grand majority of the chiots within her large social circle. This could be explained with her tendency to sit and engage in largely drawn out conversations with other people. She absolutely loves sitting with chiots and discussing their mundane problems... Even if Laffy doesn't really talk about herself in them (she tends to change the subject smoothly with words woven in silk). Some even search for her, just to seek advice.
Mentally, Laffy is fairly logical and articulate. They're known to take the "advantageous, calculated" way through life. She never lets her feelings dictate her actions... most of the time. Thinking this way, however, leads them to have numerous "empathy blips", and they suffer from not being able to understand complex feelings.

Most of the intricate detailings of Laffy Taffy's life were lost with no form of documentation and little to attest for.
They live alone. Their parents were doctors that fell ill and died from overexposure to poisonous plants that were mistaken for medicinal herbs.
"Why did you want to become an explorer?"
Many colleagues asked her this question, naturally. Would it not be a surprise to question how such a delicate person is willing to risk their life and prosperity in expeditions?
Laffy would always answer,
"Of course your curiocities are piqued. If I had to divulge a reason, I'd wager it's because... The path I've had paved for me was simply too bleak." and give an unnaturally large smile that extended past her pudgy cheeks.
