Anaheim's mind is a nebulous mess of misdirected thought. From any first encounter Anaheim appears to be shy and she seldom speaks. People will often find her staring at other chiots or at random mundane objects for long periods of time. Anaheim typically won't be the first to start a conversation and probably won't hold one for long. Her speech pattern consists of brief statements carried on a low stutter, often muttering the bare minimum amount of words to satisfy a question or topic. Very rarely will Anaheim engage in speaking to other people, and even so it occurs most often when she is alone with someone else. She might glaze over and mention something 'strange' that catches her eye, such as a puddle of water on the floor or a disfigured rock for example.
Anaheim has been proven to be a huge pushover. Most orders or commands that are given to her that is reasonable will be carried out within the moment it was announced. Additionally, she tends to mistake a lot of 'sayings' and casual talk for orders and completes such tasks as if they were orders. While it's not necessarily a bad thing in the explorer program, attempts of other chiots to curb this behavior have failed. Many wonder if they're obedient just because they want to be useful, or some other deep-seeded reason. Anaheim has a calm, listless, and aloof disposition... Usually.

The existence of Anaheim wasn't visible to the public eye until very recently. Even so, much of Anaheim's past and history has been a mystery. Anaheim doesn't seem to have a known family, but Anaheim has had some "parental figures", as they would like to call it.

Anaheim is oddly more resistant to a number of poisons and has knowledge of most common poisons over the average chiot, and is quite familiar with the medicinal properties of Phoenix Downs. Why they have such knowledge and 'traits', Anaheim will neglect to give a straight answer. They might allude to having an Arch Phoenix that has been raised with them but not much else.
