Flamey

First pokemon OC i've ever created, aside from my pokesona. He is a Victini with a Rash nature, likes to fight, and likes spicy food. Son of Sweet (Zekrom) and Spots (Reshiram), brother of Anita (Victini), partner/boyfriend of Abandoned (Eevee). Flamey tends to be very bold and stubborn at times, and he enjoys to display his dominance and power. Occasionally flies into uncontrollable fits of rage when he is on the verge of losing, often charring the landscape around him. Despite being part psychic type, he prefers to use his fire powers unlike his sister who focuses on her psychic power. His wings are small but powerful, and he can fly at speeds of 30 mph. His strong stats are Sp. Attack, Attack, and Speed. His weak stats are Defense, Sp. Defense and HP. (y'know, because he's small and fragile.) Sometimes his fur grows over the point of his V-ears, giving the appearance of a tuft of hair.
