No, they aren't a sans oc, they are just a furry skeleton boi. He’s a lot taller than sans lol (uses He/Him or They/Them pronouns, actually don't have a physical gender)

They/He lives on a moon (moon orbiting plant full of cell life and loads of plants), far from earth or anywhere with conscious life, he speaks English and wingdings (no, he's not a furry sans) He's like 6'11, doesn't normally talk to anyone while making trips unless they try to make contact first.

He's quite nice but does have a very ... weird history.
