really feeling the neon on black! i'd probably use lööps as some sort of otherworldly entity thats hard for humans to perceive safely (if you've ever had eyestrain that's what it'd induce!) and can alter forms to suite their needs. the neon accents would shift colors at different rates of speed depending on their mood; if they're tense/anxious then they'd strobe as a sort of self defense while only pulsing while passive.
